Inspiration comes easily when you work with entrepreneurial people.

Their head is full of projects, their mind is busy with challenges, and their hands are filled with a continuous flow of 'need to do' things that keep them busy.

And my job, really, is to make them come up with a sense of clarity that helps them makes them prioritize and take action.

Not in three months.

Today. Tomorrow. Now.

How do I do that? By unapologetically asking a single, short, sharp, incisive, provoking, uncomfortable, life-changing and vital question.

“When?”.

And then nothing. That’s it. Just “When?”. They figure out the rest.

When… do we want results?

When… do we get things rolling?

When… do we start pitching?

When… do we hire someone?

When… do we kick people's butt?

When… do we pull our fingers out?

When. When. When.

Too much too fast?

I know. Not sorry. That's the point.

There are moments in life when the point is to decide and act. Today is that kind of day.
